November is Universal Children’s month, dedicated to raising awareness about various realities that continue to sabotage the rights and welfare of Children across the world. GPL is observing this month through a “Dressing up a child for a walk to success because GPL cares”programme at schools in Gauteng that will benefit more than 8 000 children. Today GPL delegates and dignitaries visited Buhle Park Primary School in Germiston and Sekgutlong Primary School in Kathlehong to assist children in need with a brand new pair of school shoes and other school essentials. Children who come from struggling homes are identified through school visits conducted by the GPL and are assisted through this programme.
