Chairperson of the Gauteng Legislature’s Health Portfolio Committee Honourable Dr Rebecca Digamela invites SMMEs and other interested parties doing business with the Gauteng Department of Health to the stakeholder engagement session to be held at the Vosloorus Civic Hall in Ekurhuleni on Friday, 27 May 2022 at 09h00.
The purpose of the stakeholder engagement session is to discuss the challenges faced by suppliers who provide services to the Gauteng Department of Health and its hospital facilities. The services include, but are not limited to – Food, Vegetables, Fruits, Milk; Meat; Medicine; Vaccines; Medical equipment; COVID-19 PPEs and Building projects. The stakeholder engagement session is one of the measures used by the Portfolio Committee to hold the Provincial Government accountable for community service delivery.
