The Finance Portfolio Committee of the Gauteng Provincial Legislature will consider the Gauteng Provincial Second Adjustments Appropriation Bill of 2023 [G002-2023] as part of their oversight function. The Chairperson of the Finance Portfolio Committee, Hon. Tshilidzi Munyai, invites persons and organizations to make written submissions on the Bill.
The object of the Bill is to effect adjustments of money from the Provincial Revenue Fund for the requirements of the Province in respect of the financial year ending 31 March 2023 and to provide for matters incidental thereto.
Submissions should be made through correspondence with the Senior Committee Coordinator, Mr. Mphutlane John Ntsane, jntsane@gpl.gov.za. Please include your full name, subject matter, email address and/or contact number when submitting comments to the Finance Portfolio Committee. Submissions must reach the us by no later than Thursday, 23 March 2023, at 16:00.
