It is indeed an honour and privilege to introduce the Annual Report of the Gauteng Provincial Legislature (GPL) for the 2020/2021 financial year to the people of Gauteng. This annual report provides an account of the GPL achievements for the period under review. This period under review marks an unprecedented time in our country and the world at large, characterised by the COVID-19 pandemic.
