Following on from the visit to Masihlanganeni Disabled Association as part of GPL’s Mandela Day programme, we returned to help the association start a food garden.
GPL partnered with the City of Ekurhuleni, which is also currently rolling out a clean-city program. Community gardens are one way to help residents take a creative and proactive approach in making their cities more appealing, healthy and sustainable.
