November is Universal Children’s month. This period is dedicated at raising awareness about various realities that continue to sabotage the rights and welfare of Children across the world. GPL is currently observing this significant month through a “dress up a child” programme at various schools in Gauteng. This programme has benefited more than 8 000 children in the province – girls and boys alike. Children who come from struggling homes are identified through school visits conducted by the GPL.
